We serve the following cities: Sangli, Miraj, and Kupwad.

5User Conduct

• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

6Free Listing Policy

PropertyMarg offers free property listing services. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or premium listings in the future. Any changes to our pricing will be communicated to users in advance.

7Disclaimer

PropertyMarg is a platform that connects property owners with potential buyers/renters. We do not:

• Verify the authenticity of all listings
• Guarantee the accuracy of property information
• Participate in or mediate transactions
• Provide legal or financial advice

Users are advised to verify all information independently and conduct due diligence before entering into any property transaction.

8Limitation of Liability

PropertyMarg shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, any property transaction, or reliance on information provided by other users.

9Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and trademarks on PropertyMarg are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

10Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of PropertyMarg after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sangli, Maharashtra.
