1Listing Policy

Property listing on PropertyMarg is currently FREE for property owners. Users can list their properties without any upfront listing charges unless otherwise specified for promotional services.

2Commission Policy

PropertyMarg may charge a commission on successful closure of a property transaction (sale or rental).

• Commission is applicable only after successful deal closure.
• Commission amount is not fixed publicly and is determined based on mutual agreement between PropertyMarg and the concerned party.
• Commission terms are clearly communicated and agreed upon before final confirmation.
• No hidden charges are applied.

3Promotional Services (If Applicable)

If paid promotional or featured listing services are introduced:

• Charges will be clearly displayed before purchase.
• No refund will be provided once promotional services are successfully activated and delivered.
• Refund may be processed only if service is not delivered as committed.

4Refund Policy

Since property listing is free, no refund applies to standard listings.

For paid services (if applicable in future):

• Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours if service has not been delivered.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
• No refund after successful activation of paid promotional services.

5Cancellation

Users may remove their listing at any time.

PropertyMarg reserves the right to remove listings that are misleading, fraudulent, or violate platform policies.

6Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Sangli, Maharashtra.

Indian laws shall govern all policies.
