This Refund Policy applies only to payments made through official PropertyMarg channels for services offered by PropertyMarg.
By purchasing or using any paid service on the platform, users acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
1Payments
Certain services offered by PropertyMarg may require payment. Any applicable fees or charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
Completion of payment constitutes acceptance of this Refund Policy.
2Refund Eligibility
Payments made for services that have already been activated, delivered, or substantially fulfilled are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests may be considered after review and verification only in situations such as:
- Duplicate payment for the same service.
- A verified technical issue caused by PropertyMarg that prevents the purchased service from being delivered.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
3Review & Verification
Each refund request will be reviewed individually.
PropertyMarg may request transaction details or supporting information before evaluating a refund request.
Refund decisions will be made after review and verification in accordance with this Refund Policy and applicable law.
If PropertyMarg reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity, it may temporarily withhold processing of a refund request while appropriate verification is carried out.
4Refunds Generally Not Available
Refunds will generally not be provided where:
- The user changes their mind after payment.
- The user voluntarily removes or deactivates a listing.
- The listing is no longer required because the property has been sold or rented.
- Incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the user.
- The purchased service has already been activated or substantially delivered.
- The request results from misuse of the platform or violation of platform policies.
5Partial Use of Service
Once a paid service has been activated or partially utilized, users will generally not be entitled to a full or partial refund unless required by applicable law.
6No Guarantee of Results
Payment for any listing or paid promotional feature does not guarantee:
- Sale of a property
- Rental of a property
- Buyer or tenant enquiries
- Leads or responses
- Successful negotiations
- Successful completion of any transaction
- Any particular business outcome
PropertyMarg provides a platform for publishing and promoting listings but does not guarantee commercial results.
7User Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that all listing information, payment details, account information, and submitted data are accurate and complete.
PropertyMarg shall not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by users.
8Fraudulent or Policy-Violating Activity
PropertyMarg reserves the right to reject, suspend, edit, or remove listings that are false, misleading, duplicated, fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise violate platform policies.
Payments associated with such activities may not be eligible for a refund.
Repeated abuse of refund requests or fraudulent claims may result in restriction or suspension of platform access.
9Chargebacks
If a user initiates an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a purchased service, PropertyMarg reserves the right to suspend or restrict the associated account, listings, or services while the matter is reviewed.
10Payment Processing & Third-Party Services
PropertyMarg is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, financial institutions, internet service providers, or other third-party services involved in payment processing.
Applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, banking charges, convenience fees, or similar third-party costs may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
11Pricing & Service Changes
PropertyMarg reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, paid features, or platform services at any time.
Such changes will apply prospectively and will not automatically entitle users to refunds for previously completed transactions.
12Non-Transferability
Payments made for one listing, account, plan, or service cannot be transferred to another listing, account, user, or service unless expressly permitted by PropertyMarg.
13Resolution of Eligible Issues
Where appropriate and legally permissible, PropertyMarg may resolve an eligible issue through a suitable resolution mechanism determined by PropertyMarg based on the nature of the issue, including service correction, service activation, refund, or any other reasonable resolution consistent with applicable law.
14Technical Maintenance
PropertyMarg may temporarily suspend or limit certain services for maintenance, upgrades, security improvements, or technical reasons.
Such temporary interruptions shall not by themselves entitle users to a refund unless required by applicable law.
15Force Majeure
PropertyMarg shall not be responsible for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, cyber incidents, internet outages, infrastructure failures, or failures of third-party service providers.
16Records
PropertyMarg may maintain records relating to payments, communications, and refund requests for verification, compliance, dispute resolution, operational purposes, and as otherwise permitted by applicable law and its Privacy Policy.
17Waiver
Failure by PropertyMarg to enforce any provision of this Refund Policy on one occasion shall not be considered a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.

PropertyMarg may revise or update this Refund Policy from time to time.
The latest version published on the website shall apply to future use of the platform and future purchases.
